• Registered Retirement Fund Benefit Administrator and Investment
  Manager (Registration number 24/314).
• Licensed and registered as a collective investment schemes manager managing the Grant Thornton Capital Unit Trusts.
• Discretionary Financial Services Provider (FSP number 731)in terms
  of FAIS.
• Category II license approved to provide advice and intermediary
  services in respect of the following products:
  • Long-term insurance: Category A, B and C,
  • pension fund benefits,
  • securities and instruments,
  • shares in a company, market instruments
  • debentures and securities debt, warrants, certificates and other
  • instruments acknowledging, conferring or creating rights to subscribe to, acquire, dispose of, or convert securities, bonds, derivative instruments, deposits as defined in the Banks Act, participatory interest in one or more collective investment scheme, foreign currency denominated investments instrument, including a foreign currency deposit.
